What we collect

  • Listing form: the business details and contact name/email you submit. Used only to review and publish the listing and to contact you about it.
  • Checklists: your packing-list ticks are stored only in your own browser (local storage). We never receive them.
  • Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

What we don't collect

We don't ask for, and you should not send, personal health information. We don't sell personal information. We don't use advertising trackers.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are delivered by email through SendGrid. Fonts are hosted on our own site. Links to provider websites and government databases are governed by those sites' own policies.

Your choices

To correct or delete a submission, email listings@miamisurgeryguide.com. Clear your browser's site data to remove saved checklists.
